Hey there, I'm Coach Harold! I have over 10 years of experience in personal training. I specialize in boxing, self defense and yoga. I love helping people reach their fitness goals with fun and exciting personalized workouts that include a mix of cardio and strength training. Whether it is your first time putting on a pair of boxing gloves or your 100th we welcome all fitness levels!
