Join our Youth Boxing class, designed to empower young athletes with essential skills and benefits. Each session focuses on mental focus and discipline while building strength, coordination, and overall fitness.

Participants will gain confidence and learn self-defense techniques, all while fostering teamwork and positive social skills. Goal setting and accountability are key components, ensuring a rewarding experience for every young boxer!

Youth classes are held every Monday and Wednesday @ 6:30pm.
Below we offer our two monthly options. 
- 1 class per week (Monday OR Wednesday)
- 2 classes per week (Monday AND Wednesday)
